Select a contribution type and primary track to see the preparation checklist. This guide does not upload or submit a manuscript.
Full paper submission
Research Papers and Industry Case Study Papers use the same ICIRAD manuscript layout with APA 7th edition citations and references. Include author names, affiliations, and the corresponding-author email from the initial submission. One manuscript is required; no separate anonymized review file.
Proposed length: 6–10 pages; abstract: 200–250 words; keywords: 3–5. Use the same template for initial submission, revisions, and the accepted paper.
Preparation templates follow the shared event layout. Final publisher requirements and page limits remain subject to confirmation.
Presentation abstract
Industry Use Case Presentations require a concise abstract describing the problem, approach, implementation stage, available results, and relevance to the chosen track. Use a proposed length of 200–250 words. Presentation-only contributions are listed separately from full-paper proceedings.

Peer review and revisions
Full manuscripts undergo scope and originality screening followed by independent peer review. Reviewers can see author details; reviews are confidential and conflicts of interest must be declared. Evaluation reflects the submission type while maintaining academic rigor.
Respond to review comments and submit revisions when requested. After acceptance, check the author list, declarations, formatting, and references, and provide both an editable manuscript and PDF. The committee may propose a change of track or submission type and will notify the authors.
