Inaugural proceedings
ICIRAD plans to self-publish its inaugural full-paper proceedings. The publishing entity, ISBN, DOI arrangements, publication license, and publication schedule will be announced. Whether the co-located conferences publish separate or combined volumes remains to be confirmed. The proceedings are not currently indexed in Scopus; future indexing is a goal subject to independent evaluation.
Eligible contributions
Research Papers and Industry Case Study Papers are full-manuscript contributions. Publication remains subject to peer review, required revisions, final formatting, author approval, and the final publishing arrangements.
Industry Use Case Presentations are presentation-only. Their abstracts may be listed in the program or abstract book, separately from the full-paper proceedings.
Publication standards
Published contributions will include bibliographic information, references, and applicable ethics and disclosure statements. Publisher identity, identifiers, licensing, access arrangements, and the proceedings archive will be confirmed before publication commitments are finalized.
Indexing status
No Scopus or other database indexing has been confirmed. Future inclusion is subject to independent evaluation. Any confirmed status will be reported with a verifiable source and the exact scope of coverage. Paper acceptance or registration does not guarantee indexing.
