Originality and authorship
Submit original work that is not simultaneously under review elsewhere. Do not submit the same manuscript to more than one of the co-located conferences. Disclose related publications and explain substantive extensions. All authors must approve the submission and final version and take responsibility for the integrity of their work.
Research transparency
Describe methods, data sources, and limitations accurately. Include applicable funding, conflicts of interest, ethics approval, consent, and data availability statements. Secure permission for third-party material and confidential company information. Disclose material use of AI tools; tools cannot be listed as authors. Do not fabricate data, references, or results.
Independent and confidential review
Author names and affiliations are visible to reviewers. Reviewers must declare conflicts, maintain confidentiality, and assess contributions fairly. Research Papers and Industry Case Study Papers are assessed against appropriate criteria, with the same commitment to sound evidence and integrity. Sponsorship does not influence acceptance.
Appeals, corrections, and concerns
The documented process and official contact for appeals, suspected misconduct, corrections, and retractions will be published before submissions open. Authors and reviewers should use the confirmed conference contact once available.
Publication status
ICIRAD plans to self-publish its inaugural full-paper proceedings. The publishing entity, ISBN, DOI arrangements, publication license, and publication schedule will be announced. Whether the co-located conferences publish separate or combined volumes remains to be confirmed. The proceedings are not currently indexed in Scopus; future indexing is a goal subject to independent evaluation.
